Drip Coffee: Brewed in small batches to guarantee the best flavor and feeling. We typically have a light and dark roast available. 8 ounces and up.
Espresso: Concentrated coffee made when hot water is forced at pressure through fine coffee grounds. Typically, 2 oz.
Americano: A shot of espresso diluted with hot water. 8 oz and up.
Latte: Espresso with steamed milk. Our most popular beverage. 8 oz and up.
Cappuccino: An espresso shot combined with foamed steamed milk. 8 oz and up.
Macchiato: Espresso topped with a dollop of foamed steamed milk. Between 2 and 3 oz.
Mocha: Espresso mixed with organic Holy Kakow single-origin cacao and rich Colombian sugar. 8 oz and up.
Cortado: Espresso topped with flat steamed milk. 4 to 4.5 oz.
Con Panna: An espresso shot topped with housemade whipped cream. Between 2 and 3 oz.
Cold Brew Coffee: Coffee grounds are steeped in cold water for about 14 hours, then strained to make a concentrated iced coffee. 12 oz and up.
Pour Overs: A method of drip coffee in which water is poured in a thin, steady, slow stream over a filter cone. 8 ounces and up. 12 oz and up.
The "Donegal Dinger": A fortified coffee drink in which espresso is combined with normal drip coffee. 12 oz and up.
